As a teacher and tutor, Andrew believes firmly in high standards. He is excited by history, politics, and all things related to people and ideas, including languages, philosophy, and literature. His teaching success comes through sharing his enthusiasm and knowledge. His lessons are informed by thorough analysis of the course being studied, and careful diagnosis of a student’s individual needs.
Andrew is currently studying for an MA in Medieval History at King’s College London, possibly with a view to undertaking a PhD. He achieved a PGCE from Canterbury Christ Church University through the School Direct programme. Before this, he studied History at the University of Cambridge.
