Francesca studied English Literature and Philosophy at the University of Edinburgh and went on to train with the prestigious Teach First Leadership Development program. Having gained a PGCE from the Institute of Education with ‘outstanding’ status, she taught for a number of years at an academy in North London before going on to study a masters in Psychology.

Aidan graduated with a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford. Having been lucky enough to be taught by several motivating and inspiring teachers when he was at school, Aidan wanted the chance to pass on the passion for learning that his teachers had brought out in him as a student and joined the Teach First programme to train as a maths teacher.

Tom is a teacher of Classics at Highgate School in North London, where he has taught Latin, Greek, Classical Civilisation, and Ancient History. He has has had a range of positions of additional responsibility at the school, including running extracurricular programmes that were delivered to several hundred students.

Kevin is currently an Assistant Headteacher at Harrow High School in North West London where he is responsible for the schools Sixth Form provision. He enjoys teaching Biology to Oxbridge level, as well as supporting students throughout the university admissions process.
