Jennifer is an experienced Primary practitioner with a student centred approach to tuition which involves creating curiosity for the subject as well as building pupils' confidence in order to achieve success. Tom studied Physics at Imperial College, graduating in 2003 and going on to work as a Project Manager at Defra. In 2006 he took a job tutoring in order to better utilise the knowledge gained from his degree, and quickly found that he was enjoying this far more than his day job.
