Hafsa completed her PGCE at the IOE in London, completing her teaching practice at two state-schools in Camden and Harrow. She then took up a full-time teaching and Head of House post at Harris Westminster Sixth Form, a new school set up in 2014 as a joint initiative between Westminster School and the Harris Federation to make a Westminster-style education available to London's brightest and most able students.

Victoria has six years’ experience at tutoring pupils in French, Spanish and English, and has most recently tutored children in preparation for success at the 11+ and at GCSE level. She graduated from the University of St Andrews in 2011 and qualified as a teacher through the prestigious Teach First programme.

Claire is a qualified teacher with 14 years of experience, having obtained her teaching certificate from the University of Cambridge in 2004. She taught in primary schools in the Cambridge area for several years, before working for VSO, conducting professional development activities for teachers in Malawi, East Africa.

Before Andrew found teaching he had been a financial consultant, a marketing, communications and PR officer, a company manager and business development manager, a yoga and meditation teacher, an actor, a chef, a creative and artist, a music festival producer and manager and more! Andrew left his own education with 5 and a half A-levels of his own as well as a BA in Politics (with Philosophy) and a Masters in International relations, Ethics and Philosophy.
Andrew first came to teaching through becoming a Special Education Needs Teaching assistant; he also completed lots of work experience in other secondary and primary schools (for example Highgate School and Grafton Primary School).

Before that, she was awarded a First Class degree in French and Spanish at the University of Leeds in 2012 and has since lived in France, Spain and Argentina, where she taught English at University level.
