Ally graduated with a First Class degree in Psychology and qualified as as an outstanding Primary teacher through the prestigious Teach First programme (a fast-track teacher training scheme for high-achieving graduates). Ally obtained the highest-possible ratings for her teaching from Ofsted, due to the exceptional progress her pupils made.

Before Andrew found teaching he had been a financial consultant, a marketing, communications and PR officer, a company manager and business development manager, a yoga and meditation teacher, an actor, a chef, a creative and artist, a music festival producer and manager and more! Andrew left his own education with 5 and a half A-levels of his own as well as a BA in Politics (with Philosophy) and a Masters in International relations, Ethics and Philosophy.

Ben is a qualified teacher with a PGCE (secondary History) from Cambridge University and two years’ experience teaching History at KS3, GCSE and A-Level. He has also recently worked as a supply teacher at primary level.

Jennifer is an experienced Primary practitioner with a student centred approach to tuition which involves creating curiosity for the subject as well as building pupils' confidence in order to achieve success. Jennifer believes in discussing progress with the student at regular intervals to identify misconceptions and next steps and thereby allowing students to take charge of their own learning.

Amy currently teaches in a very successful English Department, supporting the development of staff across the school and teaching a range of abilities from Year 7 to 13. Laura studied History at Newcastle University and went on to complete the prestigious Teach First Leadership Development programme in 2015, successfully achieving 'outstanding' in her PGCE from UCL Institute of Education. Laura has taught for a number of years within an academy in London, where she demonstrated commitment in dedication to supporting children's academic development.

She then took up a full-time teaching and Head of House post at Harris Westminster Sixth Form, a new school set up in 2014 as a joint initiative between Westminster School and the Harris Federation to make a Westminster-style education available to London's brightest and most able students.
