A committed student at school, gaining all As and A*s at GCSE and straight As at A-Level, Victoria then headed to Durham University to study English. A passion for the subject led her to pursue a career as a teacher, where she spent two years working in the UK and gaining a PGCE whilst employed as a teacher.
Throughout academic study, Tim has continually set himself high expectations; he achieved nearly all A* grades at GCSE, and secured a high International Baccalaureate result that enabled him to study English at the University of Exeter. He fully applied himself at degree level, enjoying the diverse and challenging modules (as well as his year abroad focusing on North American literature in Canada), and he was very pleased to ultimately be awarded a First-Class Honours classification.
Hafsa completed her PGCE at the IOE in London, completing her teaching practice at two state-schools in Camden and Harrow. She then took up a full-time teaching and Head of House post at Harris Westminster Sixth Form, a new school set up in 2014 as a joint initiative between Westminster School and the Harris Federation to make a Westminster-style education available to London's brightest and most able students.
Kim has a doctorate in Psychology and has experience tutoring IB Psychology. She also has an undergraduate degree in English Literature and taught English and Media Studies in a London secondary school, before going abroad to teach IB English and Theory of Knowledge at an international school in Italy.
