After studying Manufacturing Engineering at the University of Cambridge, Gopal went on to teach Maths and Physics at two schools in Birmingham, UK, via the Teach First scheme. During that time he completed a Masters degree (MA in Educational Leadership) with Warwick University, being awarded a distinction (top 5%) for his work.

My approach is one of flexibility where I will adapt my methods to the needs of learners. Ultimately, the role of a tutor has to be to ensure learners develop problem-solving skills by understanding the approach needed and not simply answer questions with steams of knowledge and textbook facts.

Tom studied Physics at Imperial College, graduating in 2003 and going on to work as a Project Manager at Defra. In 2006 he took a job tutoring in order to better utilise the knowledge gained from his degree, and quickly found that he was enjoying this far more than his day job.
