Baxter has recently taught maths at The Crest Academy in Brent for four years and has enjoyed being part of the development and positive change within his school. He completed the Teach First Leadership Development programme having graduated with a 2:1 in Physics and Philosophy in 2013; and has worked his way through leadership positions at the school.

Kevin has 35 years' experience teaching Maths to students from age 11 to 18, all abilities and up to A-level Maths and A-level Further Maths.

He has been in turn the Co-ordinator for KS4 (GCSE)Maths, Co-ordinator for Numeracy and Co-ordinator for KS5 (A-level) Maths at secondary school since 1994.
