My approach is one of flexibility where I will adapt my methods to the needs of learners. Ultimately, the role of a tutor has to be to ensure learners develop problem-solving skills by understanding the approach needed and not simply answer questions with steams of knowledge and textbook facts.

Having been lucky enough to be taught by several motivating and inspiring teachers when he was at school, Aidan wanted the chance to pass on the passion for learning that his teachers had brought out in him as a student and joined the Teach First programme to train as a maths teacher.
