He currently holds three Masters (one in Engineering, one in Computing and one in Psychotherapy), and works as a private Maths teacher for students who are home-schooled by Local Authorities or need tuition in addition to school classes, while running a private psychotherapy practice. He regularly works as an examiner for Edexcel and he works for Harrow School Enterprises to offer revision course for A Level, GCSE and IGCSE Mathematics.

John has tutored privately for 11 years. After a bachelor's degree in biomedical science, he starting tutoring during his time as a classroom teacher of physics at Mascalls School in Kent, where he was also teacher in charge of physics, continuing throughout his master's and PhD studies in linguistics.

After studying Manufacturing Engineering at the University of Cambridge, Gopal went on to teach Maths and Physics at two schools in Birmingham, UK, via the Teach First scheme. During that time he completed a Masters degree (MA in Educational Leadership) with Warwick University, being awarded a distinction (top 5%) for his work.

Though Sarah is well aware that many people do not share her innate love of Mathematics, she is convinced that anyone can enjoy studying it.
